Welcome to AFRIQA, a digital ecosystem developed and operated by Humanity Empire Group and its affiliated entities (“AFRIQA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AFRIQA Platform, including all products, applications, websites, APIs, digital services, wallets, marketplaces, logistics solutions, communication systems, enterprise solutions, and associated technologies under the AFRIQA ecosystem. By registering for, accessing, or using AFRIQA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.1. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout the AFRIQA ecosystem and all affiliated services.
- AFRIQA Platform refers collectively to all AFRIQA digital services, applications, infrastructure, systems, APIs, websites, and affiliated services.
- User means any individual, business, organization, institution, merchant, agent, partner, or entity using AFRIQA services.
- Wallet means the WayaWaya digital financial wallet system.
- Merchant means any seller, vendor, business, or service provider operating on AFRIQA.
- Content means text, images, graphics, videos, audio, data, software, documents, and any materials uploaded or transmitted through AFRIQA.
- Afriqa ID means the unified identity authentication system within AFRIQA.
- Services refers to all AFRIQA offerings including mobility, payments, logistics, commerce, communication, AI systems, APIs, enterprise solutions, and future services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AFRIQA services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
- You confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- You confirm that all information provided to AFRIQA is accurate, complete, and lawful.
- You consent to AFRIQA’s Privacy Policy and operational procedures.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue the use of AFRIQA services immediately.
3. Eligibility
To access or use AFRIQA services, the following eligibility requirements apply:
- You must be at least 12 years old;
- Or possess lawful parental or guardian consent where permitted under applicable laws;
- You must not be prohibited from using digital financial or technology services under any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions regime.
AFRIQA reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate access where eligibility requirements cannot be verified.

AFRIQA may provide access to a broad ecosystem of digital products, infrastructure, and technology-enabled services including but not limited to:

- OneMarkaet (Commerce & Marketplace)
- Afriqa ID (Digital Identity)
- Afriqa AI Services
- Enterprise & Government Solutions
- API Integrations
- Government to People Social Protection Stack
- Payment Processing Systems
- Advertising Services
- Merchant Services
- Digital Infrastructure Services
- Future services developed within the AFRIQA ecosystem
Certain services may be governed by additional service-specific terms, policies, or operational guidelines.
